If you do not have significant gaps in your "game", this program is designed for you. It is a balanced athlete program in which each of the training phases have a particular emphasis on rehabilitation, strength / power, gymnastics, and cardiovascular fitness.

Road to the open

This program is divided into three sub-orientations aimed at a significant development of one of the spheres of performance in CrossFit. It is aimed at athletes wishing to perform at the Opens and having specific gaps or deficiencies to be addressed in their program.

ADL

Straight out of the experience of an athlete who went 5x to the CrossFit Games, this program follows the training phases of an athlete wishing to perform at the Opens and rank for the regional. You will pass through a year with specific goals and bring you to the top of your form, when you have to perform.

Get back in shape

Want to start doing CrossFit or want to get back into shape in a conventional gym? This program is for you. The emphasis is on the fundamentals of physical fitness, the development of your cardiovascular capacity and your "core" as well as on your muscular endurance.

Functional Training and Basic CrossFit

Functional Bodybuilding

This program is a combo between CrossFit and indoor muscle training. The goals are cyclical but always focus on developing your strength / muscle mass in conjunction with your cardiovascular fitness.

Individual Coaching

If you are looking for a more personalized follow-up, the individual coaching will meet your needs. This service is aimed at anyone who wants a program done precisely for his or her needs, regardless of level and meticulous distance coaching.

Section Naturopathy

The Food Advisor service assesses your lifestyle (diet, physical activity, environment, etc.) in order to exploit its full potential. Naturopathy and phytotherapy is at the heart of this alternative medicine. Depending on your needs and goals, a personalized plan will be built to help you navigate to your optimal shape.
